Samantha "Sam" Jane Stosur (English pronunciation: / stoʊzər / StOH zər, born March 30, 1984) is an Australian professional tennis players. She won the 2011 U.S. title Open singles and was a finalist in the 2010 French Open. Stosur is ranked No. 6 in the world and his career high in singles is World No. 4, reached on February 21, 2011. She is a former world No. 1 in the WTA Tour in doubles with Lisa Raymond of the United States.
